Insurance

State and/or commercial insurance is NOT accepted. All clients are self pay. Superbills can be generated monthly for self-filing toward deductible or reimbursement.

Payment

Clients will be asked to place a debit/credit/HSA card on file to pay each sessions.  

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time. Late cancellations and no call/no show fees will apply.
